I just found out some interesting info from our local produce manager, Larry. He will not use this on his produce, but many of the big supermarkets and produce stores are.Someone has found another way to contaminate our organic food. It is called Sterilox or some other names are Aqualox and Aquatine EC. [www.puricore.com] It is salt added to water, then electrified to break the bond between the sodium and chloride. The result is hypochlorous acid or “free chlorine” to disinfect your produce. the machines are right there in the supermarkets them selves, so they can make the hypochlorous acid fresh. It is used in the process know as crisping (submersion of the produce in water to refresh and to reverse wilting) and misting in the produce case. It is even put on cut fruit for display. The floral stand and seafood department at your stores may also use it. It is also used in medical, dental offices and hospitals as well.The “free chlorine” keeps the produce looking fresher longer on the shelf; good for business. It is labeled a “green technology” and is said to be okay to use on organic produce. They claim the hypochlorous acid is safe to ingest and safe for the environment.Understand hypochlorous acid is chlorine, meant to kill pathogens. The company, who makes the equipment, Puricore, says hypochlorous acid is the same chemistry that our body uses to deal with pathogens. Let’s make this perfectly clear. A part of the phagocytosis process (an immune reaction in our bodies) is hypochlorous acid. They make the hypochlorous acid look like this is how our bodies get rid of bacteria. [www.puricore.com]Hypochlorous acid is a small part of phagocytosis. hypochlorous acid is but one of the biochemicals used in the phagocytosis process, which also includes, peroxide and phagolysosome. But the main part of phagocytosis is our white blood cells. The white blood cells consume the bacteria or other foreign particles. Our white blood cells are our immune pacmen eating up stuff that is not supposed to be in our bodies. Phagocytosis is mainly a physical response to unwanted organisms in our blood stream, assisted in a small way by our biochemistry. Hypochlorous acid is only produced in your body as needed; it is not constantly sitting there. hypochlorous acid is not the only action of phagocytosis or even a major part of it, as Puricore would have you believe. Just because a little works in your body does not mean more is better or that you can handle more of this chemical.We are talking about chlorine, pure and simple. The “free chlorine” is made from salt and the waste is a brine solution. This solution will kill plants growing in the soil. When Sterilox is used with floral arrangements, it is not sprayed on the flowers. If hypochlorous acid was sprayed on the flowers, it could make them wilt, so it is put in the vase or container as water. What part of this is safe for the environment?The amount of hypochlorous acid on a head of lettuce is thousands of times more potent than what you have in your entire body. The main point they claim about safety is that this “free Chlorine” has a pH of 5 to 7 and that “common bleach” has a pH of 7.4. I am sorry, this just may be about concentration or in this case making the hypochlorous acid with lots of water. Anything with a pH of 5 will also do some damage if put on your skin, how safe is that? I am sure they are not putting a concentrate with a pH of 5 on produce. Bottom line is that chlorine has been found to be carcinogenic and toxic and has no place on our food or in our water for that matter.They are in essence pickling our food. What would you call it when the produce looks better on the self longer? Do you remember how they used to put sulfur dioxide on veggies and call it safe? Is Sterilox truly different from regular chlorine baths, which is still done in restaurants today? When can we put a stop to the poisons they put on our food? When will they see that the chemicals are killing us? Sterilox is strong enough to kill bacteria, a one cell creature; then it can adversely affect your cells as well.I have more questions about Sterilox. In using salt, does it affect people on a low sodium diet? Do people consuming produce treated with Sterilox have a rise in blood pressure? I am willing to wager so. Once again it appears the profits of a business out way the health needs of the public. It seems the chemicals are just being better disguised these days. Since the FDA has allowed Sterilox to be on our food, I wonder, have they asked these questions? It is time we asked questions; ask at your store’s produce department, do you use Sterilox? Ask at your dentist, are you using Sterilox in the water you rinse my mouth out with? And ask not to have it in your world.

HERBS FOR NATURAL PAIN RELIEF

Cayenne pepper - stimulates endorphin production and is an anti-inflammatory agent. Topically it is used diluted in salves, as it blocks transmission of substance P, which transports pain messages to brain.
Corydalis root- a relative of Poppy helps relieve pain from traumatic injury. Corydalis binds with opium receptors in the body and slows down the breakdown of choline. It is analgesic, antispasmodic and sedative.
Cramp Bark - is an analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, and sedative. It can calm menstrual cramps, rheumatism and spasms of legs and lower back.
Feverfew herb - inhibits certain inflammatory type hormones known as prostaglandins and prevents blood platelet aggregation (clumping together). Used on a regular basis it helps prevent migraines, relieve arthritis and menstrual cramps. Feverfew is anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic.
Ginger root - is warming and improves circulation. It can improve the pain of arthritis, backache, and menstrual cramps. Chew a piece of fresh root for sore throat. Ginger is analgesic and anti-inflammatory.
Hops strobiles - a relative of Marijuana, are sedating to the nervous system. They calm cramps, insomnia, restlessness, stomachache and stress. Hops is an anodyne, antispasmodic, and sedative.
Kava kava root- enjoyed by many tropical island natives is a skeletal and muscle relaxant. It improves anxiety, cramps, gout, insomnia, neuralgia, pain and rheumatism. It is an analgesic, antispasmodic, and sedative.
Passionflower - doesn’t make you more passionate, but slows the breakdown of neurotransmitters serotonin and norepinephrine. Try it for cramps, headache, insomnia, muscle spasms, neuralgia, shingles and stress. It is anodyne, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and sedative.

Since many of the drugs available for pain and when used for extended periods can be habit forming, cause fatigue and mental fogginess, and even constipation, it may well be worth exploring alternatives to. Whenever possible, correct the cause of pain. Om shanti.

About two years ago the government brought in new legislation regarding anyone who can no longer make decissions for themselves. Ie mentally ill, the elderly crash victims etc.
The new legislation means that unless you have a "living Will" registered with the local authority nominating someone to make decissions on your behalf. social services will come in, take over and ask questions later.
This effects everyone, not just the elderly. For example if my mother needed care and she hadn't registered a living will with the local authority I would have no say in her care.
Her house would be sold and I would have no say in it. This OVER RIDES A WILL.This is no joke, approach a solicitor today.

Reports of H1N1 Vaccine Causing Miscarriages
Krissi Danielsson reporting from About.com quotes an article from the Minneapolis Star Tribune which showed how some pregnant women are skeptical of the new H1N1 vaccine.
Several women blogging at the end of the article had experienced miscarriages with the H1N1 vaccine.
Pregnant women are considered one of the "high risk" groups, but many women are less than thrilled about the idea of getting the shot, reporting concerns about the safety of the vaccine and possible effects for the unborn baby.I can definitely see where they are coming from, being someone who was concerned about safety of pretty much everything when I was pregnant.
And there's not much research on the safety of any type of flu vaccine during the first trimester, much less thimerosal exposure in the first trimester, although the CDC says that flu vaccination is advisable in any trimester during a pandemic.
As with most cases, all you can really do is weigh the risks and benefits of both courses of action and discuss your concerns with your doctor - then make an informed choice on how to proceed.What are your thoughts? Do you plan to get the H1N1 flu vaccine, especially if you are currently pregnant or hope to become pregnant in the near future?

I was nearly 17 weeks pregnant and gave birth to a stillborn baby boy on the 23rd. Like many of the other women here, the first thing I suspected was the H1N1 vaccine. I immediately asked a nurse at the hospital if that would have anything to do with it. Without hesitation, she told me "absolutely not." I had reservations about getting the vaccine, but followed the advice of my long trusted family doctor. In a follow up appointment with my doctor 3 days after I lost my baby, I asked him if the vaccine would have had any adverse effects on my baby. He also said that it was not possible. I don't believe that my doctor was necessarily lying to me, he was simply following the accepted practices and opinions of his field. I do, however, believe that as a nation, we are being lied to. This vaccine is NOT safe during pregnancy. There has not been enough testing done to determine this and there are far too many "coincidences" for this to be anything but a result of a vaccine that was hastily pushed into production and distribution in an effort to stop widespread panic. I have read so many stories in defense of the vaccine that will talk about how common miscarriages are, but I would challenge you to ask ANY health care professional how common second trimester miscarriages are. My baby was doing perfect developmentally and I had felt him move earlier that day. My heart goes out to all of you out there who have had to go through the same heartache and loss that I have had in the last couple of weeks. There is no reason that any woman or family should have to go through this. Get the word out to all of the pregnant women that you know. I know that if I had heard that women had been losing their babies shortly after they received the vaccine, I would have followed my gut and not gotten it myself. Maybe then Wyatt would have had a chance at life.

EBWashington:I am so upset. I was so excited to be pregnant after trying for a year. As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I joined this birth club and I was due June 25th. We have two healthy boys with no history of miscarriage. Everything was going great. Last Monday, I got the H1N1 vaccine thimerosal reduced (mercury reduced for pregnant women). On Tuesday morning, I started cramping and on Wednesday I started bleeding heavily. My hcg was 50 on Wednesday and I was almost 6 weeks along so it was low. They still thought that I might be pregnant but on Friday my hcg was down to 22. I am an emotional wreck. I feel like I had a healthy baby and I caused this by getting the H1N1 vaccine. My doctors pushed it. I researched online and there have been many miscarriages after the H1N1 vaccine but they haven’t been reported since it is hard to say what caused the miscarriages. I hope that I did not cause this. I wish everyone the best.
Tayla08I don’t have an answer for you, but a friend of a friend just had a miscarriage 2-3 days after getting the shot. She was 7weeks. She had no previous history of m/c… No one can answer if they’re related…it hasn’t been out long enough and there haven’t been any studies done on pregnant women. I will tell you, that it has made up my mind on getting it…I won’t and I’m not going to get it for my DD either. My daughter and I both had H1N1 last week, and although it truly sucks…I think I’ll take my chances. One doctor will tell you to get it and the next will tell you not too…you have to do what’s in your heart.

PANDEMRIX Flu vaccine By Philip WeeksThe serious news is that the UK Government has ordered 60 million doses of the swine flu vaccine, and is going to push everyone to have it, with incentives for GPs to administer it. Our American readers will already be aware of similar pressures in the U.S. and some of the natural health newsletters are reporting serious side effects. Below is a message from my colleague Philip Weeks, Master Herbalist in Hereford, who has spoken to the manufacturers who were quite open about the content of mercury, formaldehyde and other poisons! The controversy is continuing about the validity of the upcoming vaccine to combat the H1N1 virus. So much so that in a survey of Dr's in the UK; 71.3% said they were "concerned that the vaccine has not yet been through sufficient trials to guarantee safety
[i]". Even so the government has just ordered 60 million doses of the vaccine (Pandemrix). With GP's practices getting paid money per vaccine they administer there may be a lot of pressure to accept vaccination.However the Pandemrix vaccine contains ingredients such as ;
Squalene, extracted from shark liver oil)
[ii] Thiomersal (mercury)
I obtained a copy of the vaccine leaflet and it has warnings for those with allergies to; 'egg and chicken protein, ovalbumin, formaldehyde (a known cause of cancer in humans
[iii]), gentamicin sulphate (antibiotic) or sodium deoxycholate.'
[iv] So it may be that you do not want to get injected with mercury, antibiotics, formaldehyde and shark liver oil! As a herbalist I am interested in what nature has to offer to optimise our immune system and help us deal with the age old problem of the flu.

REMEMBER TO MEDITATE

In meditation and prayer we can 'rest' the mind - we can settle into realms of awareness that are very different from the indoctrinated media mind personality that many of us function from.

Our headucation system tends to focus on left brain acedemic learning, and although there is a place and functional necessity for this learning in our world, we must enlighten our young people into feeling into their inner dimensions.

Many are versed in the concept of goals, achievement and fashions and societal values whilst not really knowing the self from within.

This births a populace in ignorance of the Self and consequently dependent on the advice and suggestions of others.

Society would benefit from bringing into our schools and adult lives times of stillness, silence and inner listening.

I was down the local WI this morning! as you might recall a few weeks back I breathed through my apprehensions! and handed out lots of leaflets around Perranporth and at the WI around the contents of the Swine Flu Vax and its inherent dangers. A sweet wise elder came up to me this morning in the WI and said she had read all the flyers and had shown it to her husband and rest of family. As a result of that flyer and finding out what was in the vaccine (Most people have no idea) they have chosen not to take it.

So even if you feel your networking is not finding fertile soil, do continue, people do read, they do listen. They dont always know how to talk around it, but they do take it in. So keep networking, keep sharing and informing. DONT advise as such, just give them the information and let them make their own choices.

But just keep informing and networking, please dont give up.

OOOOOOOOOOOOH.

Well the damp and mizzly day called me to pull out my bamboo leggings. But ouch, there was a hornet! who had obviously come in with the washing several weeks ago, and had been content slumbering in my drawer. I pulled on leggings only to pull them off so quickly I nearly fell over. Hornet has stung me just at the point above the tail bone. Ouch.... mind flustered for a minute, but I took ETS and dowsed area in ETS - took some arnica. drunk two mugs of water (solution to pollution is dilution!) I have been taking ETS every 15 minutes since and although quite painful, it doesnt seem to have intensified toooo much.
Managed to catch hornet and oust it outside - Definitly feeling tender and a bit shakey!! I put an icepack on which isnt that comfy, but seems to be stopping it spreading too much, I can feel it deep in gluteal muscle and almost into bone.
I have some chaga tea on the go, which is almost ready to drink (THANKYOU Jessica) I have added some goji and a vanilla pod.
After the initial mind fluster I pondered on the happening, I took out four pairs of leggings, all smelling a bit musty, so put them in the wash, now WHAT evoked me to choose the one pair to put on that had a hornet in, I am holding the space that I needed hornet medicine??
And am allowing it to nourish me at levels deeper than maybe my mind can understand?

"Samhain became the Halloween we are familiar with when Christian missionaries attempted to change the religious practices of the Celtic people.
In the early centuries of the first millennium A.D., before missionaries such as St. Patrick and St. Columcille converted them to Christianity, the Celts practiced an elaborate religion through their priestly caste, the Druids, who were priests, poets, scientists and scholars all at once. As religious leaders, ritual specialists, and bearers of learning, the Druids were not unlike the very missionaries and monks who were to Christianize their people and brand them evil devil worshippers.
As a result of their efforts to wipe out "pagan" holidays, such as Samhain, the Christians succeeded in effecting major transformations in it. In 601 A.D. Pope Gregory the First issued a now famous edict to his missionaries concerning the native beliefs and customs of the peoples he hoped to convert. Rather than try to obliterate native peoples' customs and beliefs, the pope instructed his missionaries to use them: if a group of people worshipped a tree, rather than cut it down, he advised them to consecrate it to Christ and allow its continued worship.
In terms of spreading Christianity, this was a brilliant concept and it became a basic approach used in Catholic missionary work. Church holy days were purposely set to coincide with native holy days. Christmas, for instance, was assigned the arbitrary date of December 25th because it corresponded with the mid-winter celebration of many peoples. Likewise, St. John's Day was set on the summer solstice."

Use These 7 Tips If You Find Yourself
In The Middle Of The Flu!

1. Avoid sugar at all costs. It puts your white blood cells to sleep
2. Drink green smoothies or green juice as much as possible. It's a great time to take in nothing else BUT the smoothie or green juice if you have a juicer. Here's one of my staple recipes:
•Green Smoothie (stack blender in this order) – 1 green granny smith apple, 2 stalks of celery, 1 cucumber, ¼ to ½ lemon, big bunch of Kale, ½ an avocado (binds smoothie so it doesn’t separate), 1 tsp to a tablespoon or MORE of chopped fresh ginger root, fill with water or coconut water, add 4 or 5 ice cubes, blend thoroughly and ENJOY in a nice glass! (just use apple/kale/lemon/ginger for a quickie) Check YouTube for other ideas and get creative yourself!!

3. High dose Vitamin D3 : instead of the 5 to 10,000iu/day you should do for prevention or to build your tissue levels, I follow Dr. John Cannell, President of The Vitamin D Council's advice during the battle. (*At the following dosage, vitamin D3 acts like a medicine, not a supplement!)

Take 2,000 IU per kg (roughly 1000 IU per pound) of body weight per day for a week. I weigh 200 pounds, so I would take 200,000 IU per day for up to seven days (yes, it's a boatload! But check this recent study proving no adverse effects of even 300,000 IU! (Scandinavian Journal of Rheumatology, Volume 38, Number 2, 2009 , pp. 149-153(5).

4. High Dose Vitamin C (over the counter ascorbic acid can cause gut irritation and diarrhea at high doses so we use Ultra Potent C from Metagenics as our first choice, second form is a mineral ascorbate form) I usually put 10 or 15 tablets in my pocket and and take 2 every 2 or 3 hours till their gone.

5. Boost Zinc - Use a chelated form like Zinc arginate picolinate, the -ate on the end is important. Zinc AG from Metagenics is what I use to mobilize the immune cells into action. Take up to 100mg/day but only for a short time until you get yourself out of the gutter.

6. Eat tons of garlic! Just crunch on cloves throughout the day. Very powerful herbal medicine.

7. Get adusted! Chiropractic adjustments are proven to release "messenger molecules" like interleuken-2 to rouse the immune system into full force action!

REMEMBER…the underlying factor at the core of a struggling immune system is stress. Do everything in your power to relax and rest your body, live in a state of gratitude for what you have instead of worrying about what you don't have! As I talk about at length in the Immune Optimizer program, your immune system is a direct reflection of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

As the clocks danced back an hour and the lush darkness invaded our evenings I had my autumn sadhana chosen and felt excited to be journeying ever deeper into my earth side journey.
With mind plans of extending my MMS (which I can heartfully recommend by the way) starting E3 live again, and herbal elixirs etc. Owh mind had it all sorted all surrounded with a halo of excitement!
And then a phone call! Francesca was going to come down for a few days over hald term.
Well they say to make god laugh tell her your plans eh.
And I say her quite consciously as I really feel its the time of divine mother awakening right now.

As the kundalini energies find their resting place in the new tibets of chili and peru we are in for some tidal cleansing.
The spiritual face is shifting from tibet, india and places into the high sacredness of chili and peru. The wise ones tell us, kundalini is coming to rest. The earths kundalini has left tibet and india she has moved, the next yuga is birthing
We are on the cusp of this new yuga. As she settles, there will be some turbulance.
My mum has visited in dreams at this time whilst the veils are thin, as too have others. This is a time we are gifted to be with.

I have finished the back of my sweater and into the front, Francesca showed me how to crochet and I survived a morning in truro ! although a bit grandma fatigued.
Archie Browns in Truro is an excellent place to eat, I havent converted them to raw! but they are okay for us to take our food in. And Francesca had soup and bread, so that was okay.
We were blessed with sunny days! Today I am catching up with clients and mails and getting Francescas rooms transformed back into my yoga space!!

As autumn is in her full colours now, I am hungering for lots of sea weed in various forms! still growing baby greens.

ONE FLU OVER THE CUCKOO NEST

"Vaccines have been controversial for years, but the current debacle over the H1N1 flu vaccine may well be the biggest boondoggle yet. Rumors, claims, threats, and just plain nonsense have become the "cold" war of 2009, even exceeding the political fiascos. Conspiracy theories abound, from those that seriously state that the vaccine was developed to wipe out two-thirds of all people to--well what could be worse??
ACTUALLY THESE NEGATIVE INNUENDOES CREATE MORE DAMAGE TO IMMUNITY THAN THE VACCINE COULD POSSIBLY INFLICT.

Now, do not get me wrong. I PERSONALLY WILL NOT TAKE THE VACCINE. Indeed, I do not take the usual flu vaccines. There are several reasons:
A significant percent of people get flu-like symptoms from the shot itself
There is good evidence that those who had 5 consecutive flu vaccinations in the 70's have a marked increase in the incidence of Alzheimer's Disease
There are indeed toxins in most vaccines--aluminum, mercury, etc and these are cumulative

Every adult should be on 50,000 units of vitamin D 3 once a week, with 100 mcg of K 2. All children should be on 50,000 units of D 3 and 100 mcg of K 2 once a month. At the onset of flu symptoms, adults should take 150,000 units of D 3 daily for 3 days. In children under 12, I would give 5000 units of D 3 daily for 3 days and at 12 and above at least 50,000 units of D 3 daily for 3 days. NO calcium for at least 5 days when on this high dose of D 3. If you decide to take the flu vaccine, I would also take the added D 3 for 3 days!!

Obviously there are all the other health enhancing recommendations---rest, hand washing, lots of fruits and veggies, vitamin C at least 2 grams daily and up to 10 grams at onset of a viral infection (can cause diarrhea--back off if needed). IV citamin C up to 100 grams in a vitamin/mineral balanced fluid will cure almost all acute viral infections. Of course you have to find someone to give it! Personally I do not recommend TamiFlu (R). But if you do decide to take it, I would also take the extra vitamin D 3 as above. Incidentally, homeopathic oscillococcinum works well for many people if taken at onset of flu. Worth keeping on hand.

Ha, must be winter, I have started knitting! - I have not done any knitting since my mum passed. She left a half finished cable sweater for my son-in-law. I finished it, and it was a really difficult pattern! and it was quite a moving and sad job!
Kinda of put me off till now. Although wool has rocketed in price, I can no longer say its cheaper to knit. its isnt.
Talking of my mum its at this time she passed into the light.
All the research around the swine flu vax has led me into more info on the general flu jab and I am now convinced beyond doubt that the flu jab 'killed' my mum - She had the flue jab about 10 days before passing and I feel it reacted with the meds she was on.

AUTUMN

Wow. So appreciating this gorgeous autumunal sunshine.
As I came back from my walk this morning, I felt such joy looking down to the vast ocean all sparkling and blue.
I love the gentle calm and the morning chill as I snuggle into my meditation space wrapped in soft wooley blankets. Enjoying the glow of candle light into the darkness and attuning to the peace and gifts of autumn, as the moon diminishes and we feel into dark moon.
The thinning veils at this time of year lure us into higher dimentional frequencies and inner silence.
Although the leaves are falling, the remaining leaves on the trees are still surprisingly green.
I just got Rog to set up a water butt system to collect rain water for my baby greens and sprouts. Life just gets better and better and the resonant frequency is tangibly shifting in so many as humanity is beginning to wake up to the empowered and magickal gifts of life and our ability to choose. To question, to say no (without agression)
I saw a pic of a bag 'riots not diets' this isnt the way systers. We dont need to riot - we dont need to march or cause any potential activist expression. We just inform and empower each other to WAKE UP and in that waking, people are seeing and feeling into the light.
I feel we all need to dance together in supporting the health workers who are saying no to the vaccine, despite media attempts to manipulate the public into feeling they 'ought to' lets support the nurses as they say no.
There are many who are quite main stream and yet they know deep in their being that this vaccine is not only dangerous, but tainted with big pharma greed and underlying, less than the best ever motives.
Focus on the light, the gifts, the joys and the power of light and wisdom from our sun, moon and stars. From the great teachers who are gently nudging our souls remembering as to why we are earthside at this time.
The veils are thinning, take the time and love to listen and be still.
'Be still and know that I am God' is real and true.
That means 'be still' no movement, no musack, no hype, just be still. Feel into nature and listen to her, she will talk with you. In nature its a joy to feel the God energy that we are.
Nature not only feeds us our food, she can nourish our very soul song and sing to our wisdom. Nature is our greatest temple our most nourishing church.

QUALITY SOIL WITH ROCK DUST

ENTHUSED

I am into baby greens! growing greens and sprouts. I am exploring sprouts in bags again, much quicker to rinse through, have those hanging in boiler room from a broom handle over a sink. I am enthused with this!

As local greens will begin to ease out over the autumn /winter. I didnt want to go back to buying from stupor market.

I am still trying to suss out if its cheaper to buy in from Aconbury or grow my own from seed?

Aconbury are brilliant, they will send trays of baby sunflower greens, pea shoots and wheatgrass next day delivery -they also sell all the seeds.

For now I am growing from seed, but not sure how the germination will be as it gets colder.

I am using my own worm compost and sea water (very little) and dried sea weed to give me the best greens ever.

Feeling real excited with all this - it feels so fufilling :)

I need to get another pole up for more sprouts - they are doing quite well in with the boiler (which is only on at present for hot water) but when my body succumbs to winter chill I will have some heating too to back up fire.

Of the 43 different fruit and vegetable categories in the Guide to Pesticides, the following 12 foods had the lowest pesticide load when conventionally grown.
Consequently, they are the safest conventionally grown crops to consume:
Broccoli
Eggplant
Cabbage
Banana
Kiwi
Asparagus
Sweet peas
Mango
Pineapple
Sweet corn
Avocado
Onion
Meanwhile, these 12 fruits and vegetables had the highest pesticide load, making them the most important to buy or grow organic:
Peaches
Apples
Sweet bell peppers
Celery
Nectarines
Strawberries
Cherries
Lettuce
Grapes (imported)
Pears
Spinach
Potatoes
Conventionally-grown strawberries, in particular, were found to be highly toxic due to a poisonous blend of pesticides in a previous 2007 EU study as well.
But beware that the lists above are for fruits and vegetables only.
Non-organic meats actually have far higher concentrations of pesticides than all of the fruits and vegetables. And the highest concentration of pesticides is actually in non-organic butter.
So if you can only buy one organic food item it should be butter. Your next priority would be meats, and once those are addressed, then you’ll want to focus on the fruit and vegetable list above.
Bear in mind also that locally-grown organics are your absolute BEST bet.
And oftentimes buying locally-grown food is your best choice even if it’s grown conventionally, as the environmental impact of shipping organic produce across the globe can cancel out many its benefits. Organic farming standards are also questionable in many parts of the world.

EQUINOX

I love the autumnal equinox. Perranporth settles into a gentle throb of local coming and going. The roads become ruth friendly! and the hedgerows abound with food. As the temperature mellows, the fruit flies no longer invade my indoor sprouts! I can snuggle under my quilt and read and meditate into the night with no buzz of activity oozing up from Perran.

I love it, warm enough to still be bare foot, and walk without coats, but mellow enough to enjoy the full gifts of the sun even at noon time.

We have our winter wood, and boxes of locally collected kindling. As we feel into this time of moon energies. Equinox, Peace day and Shiva Ratri, we are all reminded of the power of cyclic transition.

I feel so grateful for these two weeks of awesome sunshine that has blessed us, nourishing our vit d levels taking us full vibrant and well into the autumn and coming winter. Divine Blessings to all.

As the backlash against the coming swine flu vaccine continues to grow, the U.S. government has committed 16 million taxpayer dollars to promote the swine flu vaccine to the American people. Those willing to be test subjects for the experimental swine flu vaccine are being paid cash at clinics around the country, and government officials plan a full-court press in the weeks ahead to try to convince the American people that the swine flu vaccine is safe and that everyone needs to take it.Rather than take the time to fully test the swine flu vaccine properly, U.S. health authorities are charging ahead like the world is about to end.It isn't like people are dropping dead from the swine flu all over the place. But instead of proceeding in a cautious manner, health officials are eagerly testing the swine flu vaccine wherever they can find willing volunteers.In fact, they are paying good money to many of these volunteers.Early reports had indicated that participants in swine flu trials around the U.S. were being paid fifty dollars to participate, but it looks like the price may have gone up substantially - at least in California. One ad on Craigslist is offering between 300 and 475 dollars to those willing to participate.That may sound tempting to many people, but before anyone jumps at that opportunity perhaps they should remember how many people got seriously ill or even died from the 1976 swine flu vaccine.

Good news for health freedom lovers and doubters about the Swine Flu pseudopandemic
30 years after compulsory vaccination became US Law:
US Court issues an injunction to stop it and to hold the the government and drug companies responsible for reactions.
A Preliminary Injunction to stop mandatory vaccinations has been issued in the United States District Court of New Jersey.
This comes after a federal lawsuit opposing forced vaccines was filed in that court by Tim Vawter, pro se attorney, on July 31st with the federal government as defendant. When the judge signs the Preliminary Injunction, it will stop the federal government from forcing anyone in any state to take flu vaccine against their will.
It will also prevent a state or local government from forcibly vaccinating anyone, and forbid any person who is not vaccinated from being denied any services or constitutional rights. Vawter’s filings included a Complaint, and several pages of evidentiary Exhibits.
Vawter’s legal papers have been written not only for filing in federal court, but additionally so they can be looked at by activists around the world for ideas on filing lawsuits in their own countries to help stop forced vaccinations. Vawter believes that as the truth of the dangers of flu vaccines continues to become known, banning the forced use of them will eventually succeed on a worldwide basis.
He cautions people to avoid fear and keep themselves focused on the task of blocking forced vaccination.
Preliminary Injunction will immediately halt mandatory vaccinations in the U.S.
The Court, having heard the Motion for Preliminary Injunction and read the papers in its support, states in the Preliminary Injunction that it appears the federal government has engaged in some amount of negligence with regards to failure to properly investigate the safety of the flu vaccines scheduled for use in late 2009-2010, and the evidence submitted does warrant a more thorough investigation into the safety of the flu vaccines.
The Court ordered that the government shall be forbidden from forcing any person to be required to take any influenza vaccination against that person’s free will and free choice. The government will not allow any state or local government, or any party, to force any person to be required to take any influenza vaccination against that person’s free will and free choice.
U.S. government sued for gross negligence and violation of the Constitution
In his Cause of Action, Vawter charged that the federal government has engaged in gross negligence by funding and promoting flu vaccines that are proven to be dangerous and manufactured with little oversight. The vaccines scheduled for use in late 2009 and 2010 contain heavy metals including thimerosal mercury, which have been proven to cause autism in children with lowered immune systems, and other dangerous and toxic ingredients. The federal government has stated it will force these flu vaccines onto the American public against their will, under a document signed by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.
He further charged that the vaccine makers stand to earn billions of dollars selling vaccines, and are already spending tens of millions advertising a “Phase 6 Pandemic” that the evidence shows does not really exist. The federal government has not required the World Health Organization (WHO) to show evidence of such a pandemic. There has been no collection of facts, sworn testimony, witnesses being questioned, hearings being held, or lie detector tests being given when preposterous statements have been made. The WHO declared a massive “Phase 6 Influenza Pandemic”, even though only a few hundred people worldwide had so far died of this swine flu virus, and when far more people die each year of regular flu.
Vawter noted there is a preponderance of evidence to show that the federal government so poorly trained its employees that they eagerly agreed with the unsubstantiated claims of the WHO in the face of evidence to the contrary.
Forced vaccination would violate the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution by allowing the government to enter homes and force people to be vaccinated, or to forcibly remove people to another location for vaccination. It would also violate Fifth Amendment Constitutional rights by depriving people of liberty without due process of law.
Vawter charged that the federal government has engaged in gross negligence by failing to properly investigate factual evidence submitted by esteemed medical professions over many years which proves flu vaccines have caused serious damage to people. The CDC has stated that thimerosal mercury is being used in the new flu vaccines being prepared.
The government has failed to investigate profiteering. Billions of dollars in vaccine sales can cause organizations to falsify threats so as to cause unwarranted public hysteria leading to forced vaccinations.
The government is guilty of gross negligence because its employees failed to properly investigate the release of a case of live swine flu virus. One of the main companies the government deals with, Baxter Vaccines, was apparently involved in the transporting of live bird flu virus that was released on a public train earlier this year. A lab technician with the Swiss National Center for Influenza in Geneva had traveled to Zurich to collect eight ampoules, five of which were filled with the H1N1 swine flu virus. However, failure of the dry ice in their container allowed pressure to build up, and the ampoules exploded as the train was pulling into a station.
The highly reputable UK newspaper “the Telegraph” reported on July 2nd that flu vaccines tested on homeless people caused twenty-one of them to die.
Vawter charged there is a preponderance of evidence to show that government will not provide people being vaccinated with a list of the vaccine ingredients and possible negative side effects before they are vaccinated. Most of the public will not know this flu vaccine contains thimerosal mercury.
Vawter submitted an Order to force the government to publish vaccine ingredients and side effects, and to give this information to everyone who takes a flu vaccine, and do so at least 3 days prior to their vaccination. A denial of this order would violate Plaintiff’s rights to demand the government obey the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution by requiring it to engage in freedom of speech. The First Amendment not only allows a citizen to have freedom of speech himself, but it allows a citizen to demand his government engage in freedom of speech when it is promoting the use of such as these vaccinations to the public.
The government proclamation stating a person cannot sue for any damages he receives from the flu vaccine, completely bypasses the congress and the court system in violation of the Seventh Amendment of the Constitution which grants the right to sue to recover for damages. Vawter submitted an Order to deem unconstitutional any proclamation, rule or similar law that forbids people from suing for damages resulting from the vaccines of 2009 and 2010.

GRANDCHILDREN

Alida & Ben, two of my daughters children at a recent wedding. These little guys are the future! We can create the best ever world for them to grow and flourish.

To do that we need to protect their immune systems. If we succumb in fear to the vaccine hype the immune system is attacked.

Once the immunity is challanged - future bio terrorist virus will have an open door. And so the culling begins.

Please inform yourselves around the vaccine and dont take it.

As I said I am not some political activist, in fact I would rather not be networking any of this info. I love my little comfort zone world, sharing uplifting philosophical inspiration. But I just know know know that we are up against something far more huge than our minds will allow us to believe.

I dont seek to frighten me or anyone else, although I have felt twinges of fear as I realise the magnitude of this. But overall we need to be strong, affirmed and most of all informed.

Love is the most powerful force and Light is our greatest strength as we share the love and light with each other to wake up and embrace the gift of our life.

Know that we are in the most empowering times to bring our world into peace, love, harmony and brotherhood.

Have you really met anyone (not mind controlled) who wants war? who wants to harm and hurt and kill. We are not alone, there are higher forces looking out for this planet - but we have to wake up and resonant with those forces in bringing the light of love into the world again. Its not just our children and grandchildren its about the children of the world, they are all precious to someone. They are all sons and daughters, where ever they live. - We can invest in global unity and abundance if we think outside the box, and know that we are all one at a higher level.

DONT GIVE UP

Aloha on this bankholiday monday. My mind is in real resistance to feeling called forth to continue to network all this stuff.
My mind has come up with 'I can't do anything about this, what will be will be' It has come up with 'God will take care of it' 'The light will always triumph over darkness' and so it goes on.
But I KNOW deep in the core of my being that at this time we ARE being called forth to network. Not from some political activist point of view. That is hardly who I am or ever have been.

Its not about feeling rebellious or angry, but a feeling of sincere caring and love and compassion to 'help us all' WAKE UP' to the light and love that we are. Swine Flu Vaccine - Please Read

Over the last few months there has been a huge amount of media coverage concerning the proposed swine flu vaccination program, culminating in the announcement that at risk groups; children 6 months to sixteen, pregnant women and workers in the service sector are to be vaccinated this autumn.
I hope through the distributing of this letter to raise awareness that there is a great risk in having the vaccination and to at least give people the ability to make a fully informed choice.
As is widely reported the vaccine has not gone through the normal testing procedures but is being rushed through, in more and more countries it is becoming compulsory.
Swine flu vaccine contains the following Fillers and Adjuvents:

Squalene – In lab tests on rats all rats injected with sqalene developed a disease that left them crippled, dragging their paralysed hindquarters across their cages.
Aluminium Hydroxide – directly linked to causing Alzheimer’s disease
Aluminium phosphate – directly linked to causing Alzheimer’s disease
Ammonium Sulphate – inorganic chemical compound widely used in fertilizer, known to cause kidney and liver damage, gastrointestinal dysfunction.
Amphotericin B – an “antifungal disinfectant” and anti-biotic, which damages the urinary tract, bowels and heart functions.
Animal tissues – a causal element for all the various auto-immune diseases associated with vaccination. Horse blood, rabbit brain, dog kidney, monkey kidney, chick embryo, chicken egg, duck egg and pig blood.
Calf (bovine) serum & fetal (bovine) serum – cow blood is recognized as a significant transmitter of Mad Cow disease.
Formaldehyde – used as a preservative and disinfectant, known to cause cancer and chronic bronchitis.
Human diploid cells – originating from human aborted fetal tissue.
Phenol red indicator – a highly toxic disinfectant dye, attributed to liver, kidney, heart and respiratory damage.
Phenoxyethanol (antifreeze) – proven to have extreme neurotoxic side effects.
Polysorbate 80 – associated with infertility when injected.
Thimerosal (mercury) – linked to too many psychological, neurological and immunological problems to mention. It has been removed from most children’s vaccines due to its proven toxicity, but it is still in all flu vaccines at toxic doses.

I personally feel that everything that is manifesting around us right now, is the portal through which we can choose to pass or to perish.
I feel that the 'waking up' is being called forth.
I dont mean a pseudo spiritual waking - I feel a real waking into power.
A taking of our own responsibility for having come earthside at this time.
I dont begin to fully understand it all.
But I know deeply in my being that something is being called forth from humanity.
I observe myself clinging to outmoded beliefs and concepts to protect myself from my own responsbility!

I have observed my mind play ducking and diving games - looping into spiritual hiding places and aspirational protective modes.
But none of us can continue in the comfort zone of how we have known life to be. We are in the most orgasmic and magickal times. They are real.
This is not about conspiracy theories or evangelical conversions.

I feel this awareness stirring through many many dimensions both on this plane and others closer to us.
There are other energies in the cosmology as interested in the waking up of humanity as humanity itself.
We have been hearing for some time that we are global, that our actions affect the whole world. our choices affect the whole world.
I am beginning to see and realise that our lives and our choices affect the cosmology and other dimensions of life also.
Whether we personally survive in our physical bodys it not that relevant. (although my personality mind thinks it to be VERY relevant!)
But there are forces over and above the ignorance of our governments which will (and have in the past) intervened for the survival of this planet and its evolution.

The human race has become arrogant and separated from the whole. The darker forces feel in control - They are not.
The Light will always always sustain, and intervene whether we choose it or not. We can individually choose - so that humanity does wake up to the higher frequencies and potential of life. But if we choose to stay asleep - if the violence and control continues, higher forces will intervene.
This is not a time to fear or run from why we chose to descend into the matter of our physical bodies at this time in this resonant shift of our planet.
The darker forces feed on fear and hopelessness. We need only make one choice. To breathe into our power and strength and love.
We dont need to fight, we just starve the forces that seek to control and violate.
Everything in the universe interactively feeds and thrives from some source. If we choose love and light and prayer. The opposing forces will evaporate. Love is our power.

NEW MOON TWEAK

New Moon has brought some awesome high tides - The shift in weather is already calling leaves from trees and its so wierd to have crunchy leaves underfoot in august!

The blackberries are magickally sweet this year and really plump. Seems as though the whole country has come to Perranporth for their holiday this year, its been heaving with people down there.

A pervading smell of chemical cancer inducing, vitamin d inhibiting sun screen fills the air, alongside greasy chips and over sugared icecreams.

I cant quite believe, with all the current day awareness, how people stuff their sacred temples in such violation.

Beautiful children already obese and hyped with unaccustomed joy of being out in the open run free on golden sands.

I was pondering the other day around the karma of the meat industry and the way human beings farm animals. I thought about intensive animal rearing methods and then into how in fact we as a race might be being farmed!

Maybe the fema camps will be the human battery farms?

I was pondering so many questions around why all the fencing is speared and barbed towards the inside, why there have been huge fresh gas deliveries to these places.

Then remembered that I chose to incarnate at this transitional time on our planet. I wonder what I chose to be here for, and what my mission will be in the autumn winter of my life?

So many people seem to be placing some emotive personality onto a godhead that will 'look out for them' Not realising that ultimately this time is our gift.

We have a choice right now.

We have a choice to journey and open to the peace within, so that we might create peace outside. We can do that. But its our choice. We have to dance with God, not wait for some sparkly hand to descend from the heavens and save us.!!

Our power is not in protest, although I so celebrate all those caring enough and brave enough to talk out at this time, our ultimate power is how we choose to live, and be with each other. How we pray and be in nature.

Yes, many say we are birthing into a new age. But as us systers know. birthing involves the dark hours of transtion. We are in transiton and our conscious role is to midwife each other, and our precious alive earth consciously and lightly through the darkness and oppression, through the intimidation and control.

We are NOT powerless. We are potentially so much more than the herd of humanity. We are daughters and sons of the the divine spark that sustains the almighty cosmology.
