I have been dipping into some of Carlos Castenandas books again, I always find his experiences nourishing.

The latest Mother magazine was brilliant, I will blog up more on that. Also a good issue of Permaculture has been enjoyed.

Remember even in this weather, we can be growing our sprouts!
