Joyous lst March, what a magick time, a powerful full moon last evening, and a clear sunrise this morning.

I saw primroses the other day! gentle yellow primroses, with one pink one! amidst the yellow.

I have got two crystal bowls from www.soundtravels.co.uk

Such a powerful way of working with myself and clients.

So far I have a root chakra one 'C' and a heart chakra one 'F'

Experienced with the tibetan bowls they evoke an amazing potential for harmonising and journeying.

I hope longer term to get some more!

I am feeling into day 15 of a juice feast, most of the time I am feeling and doing okay, encountered a couple of turbulent days, but seem to have settled into a gentle rhythm.
