Aloha rainbow seekers. Well I have not been on here much.
Ruthie Sun Beam has had her computer hat on and it has an infuriating habit of tilting, falling and coming down over her eyes till she can't see straight and then she just longs to run to the welcoming voice of the sea!

But keep it on, she has - and with some picture upload help from Rog and some strained listening telephone calls with the patient, efficient and kind people at 34sp (all free support) Ruthie is almost emerging from beneath the hat and feeling quite twirly whirly about updates and continued little tweaks! that will no doubt continue over the next week!

The days have been interwoven with magick moments like the Mother magazine arriving, buttercups smiling, and some! sun shining.

Heart that you are all enjoying precious lives and investing in that attitude of gratitude, that can easily elude us! at times.

I have found myself cussing and cursing! not being able to just go and employ the best web person in truro to alleviate the heaviness of computer doldrums!! - so the odd personal reminder to breathe and feel gratitude has helped!

Do check in on the 'Hands of Light' page. I am really chuffed with that. I first of all had it as links. then friends, and then I felt about who and why I linked with those people and I realised they were all lights in my life, AND even more specially they were lights in other peoples lives. So Hands of Light felt good.

I will ongoingly be sharing more about the crystal and tibetan bowls and the therapeutic process of coming back home to ourselves with love and appreciation and empowerment.
